Wellington Property Company is a full-service, family-owned and operated CCIM and CPM designated property management firm, and we proudly represent owners, investors and the City of Oakland as their trusted partner in property and asset management. Our $400M portfolio of residential and commercial real estate is meticulously managed with unparalleled professionalism and expertise; we understand the intricacies of owning and operating real estate, and are fully adept at helping our clients navigate the ever-changing challenges of today and protecting them in the future.

Wellington Property Company is an affiliate company of LOH Realty & Investments, a commercial brokerage firm established in 1987 by longtime Oakland residents and brothers, Paul Loh and John Loh. During the 1980s and 1990s, Paul and John’s clients would purchase commercial properties – but under the condition management services would be provided by the brothers. After decades of experience in residential and commercial property and asset management, operations, tenant-landlord relations, due diligence, and property acquisitions, Wellington Property Company was officially established in 2003 to help investors maximize the value of existing real estate investments and to eventually leverage properties into supplemental investments.
